RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SHOPPING AT WWW.PROAVMART.COM

10-DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 10 days from the Delivery date.

PROAVMART.COM only accepts returns made within the first 10 days from delivery.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 10-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse.Please pack the item properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process. Otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless you have received a damaged or defective product. Products received with physical damage must be reported to PROAVMART.COM within 2 days of the delivery date.

Terms & conditions for return process:

  • PROAVMART.COM only accepts returns made within the first Ten (10) days after delivery.
  • All return items must include original packaging along the owner’s manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.

The following items are non-returnable except for defects:

  • Opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds,
  • Computer software, Audio interface, Midi Keyboards (or any other product that require registration in order to be used. Once registered, the product cannot be reassigned to another user and therefore, we cannot accept the return)
  • Internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, Saxophone, harmonicas etc. (hygiene issues),
  • Pickups or other items that have been installed,
  • Drumheads and sticks, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
  • Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered.
  • Products purchased as open box cannot be returned. Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. If your open box product is non-functional, please contact us.
  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues.

Return Process :

If you would like to return a product, it is required to contact us as soon as possible at +91-90207 90208 .

All returns must be authorized and the return shipment must be mailed within 10 days of the delivery of your order.

Please pack the product .properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process.


The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our store at Cochin.

The refund amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within five business days of the receipt of the returned shipment at our store.

What happens if a product I order is not available?

All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. Sometimes some popular products run out of stock. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this, our customer support department will contact you to notify you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. Please note that in the event that a product may be unavailable for a period of 10 business days, a full refund may be automatically issued to the customer.

How much time does it take to ship my order?

Dispatch time - Once we receive the order for the product we have in stock, the product is dispatched in 1 - 3 days from our warehouse located at New Delhi.

Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightning fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. Getting your product safely to you is our top priority.

Delivery Times– Due to current situation of COVID-19, delivery times could take longer than normal. Once orders are dispatched, most of courier companies are experiencing additional transit and zone-specific delays. This is because of current situation and local lock-down rulings are frequently changing, which in turn is impacting their delivery timelines to you.

It is our current experience that you need to expect shipping delays even beyond the estimated date of delivery on your courier’s shipment tracking page.

If your address falls within a non-serviceable / restricted area due to COVID-19 or any other reason, beyond our control, we will not be able to deliver your package to you and cancel the order and refund your full payment

The shipping transit time in normal days is 4- 8 working days. Most customers were receiving their product(s) within 5 -10 business days of placing their order.

We pack our instruments very well before we dispatch. Our packaging methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate. Since over 90% of our orders are shipped outside Cochin, we have naturally developed considerable experience and expertise in the art of packaging and shipping. The average time we spend on packing a guitar is 45 minutes, and for a drumkit we spend almost 1.5 hours!
